Terms of Service

MUD ("the Service") is a remote-control and device-management platform operated by FurtherGrow Technologies ("us"). By creating an account, installing the desktop app, or activating a license key, you agree to these Terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your sign-in with people outside your organization.

Use the Service only for devices you own or operate, or for which you have explicit consent from the device owner. Don't reverse engineer the desktop binary, attempt to bypass licensing enforcement, or use the Service for unlawful surveillance.

Paid plans are billed in INR through PayU, our payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on PayU and never reach FurtherGrow. Cancel anytime — your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Account, billing, and licensing data are processed by FurtherGrow Technologies. Screen frames, keystrokes, files, and clipboard data are exchanged directly between paired devices and never transit our servers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted, our total liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
